About Me

I’m an UX Researcher with a solid professional background in Account Management, focused in enhancing customer experience through research, design thinking and growth strategies. With four years of experience in SaaS, I help tour operators grow their e-commerce conversion rates by improving their online ticketing system experience.

I am an elected member of my current company's Works Council. Within this role, I represent the voices of over 250 employees in our Amsterdam office. I take on the responsibility of leading a research program to comprehensively understand their needs and effectively communicate them to the higher management for informed decision-making.

I’m a certified UX Professional by UX Design Institute, Glasgow Caledonian University credit-rated, with Bachelor's degree in Advertising by Federal University of Santa Maria and Master’s degree in Communications and Media by Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul.

I am very enthusiastic about life and constantly seeking for memorable and meaningful experiences. Some of my hobbies include going to music festivals with friends, rollerskating, and dancing house music. I am always on the move.
